USCG Auxiliary Flotilla 09C-1605 is unique.
While an operational unit of Station Charlevoix, it is housed at USCG Air
Station Traverse City. This provides the dual opportunity to support Station
Charlevoix in the patrol work necessary over such a large area, and the
opportunity to support intense training activities of the helicopter crews of
Station Traverse City.
Flotilla 09C-1605 meets at the USCG Air Station on the first Tuesday evening of the month beginning at 1930 hours. We meet in Smith Hall, the berthing, training and exercise facility on base |
To attend meetings at Smith
Hall, drive in through the Main Gate, past all buildings until you reach a side
street. Smith Hall will be on your right. Turn right and drive around to the
hanger side of Smith Hall. Park and walk toward the middle of this U-shaped
building. As you look into the "U" of Smith Hall, the training facility is entered through the doorway on the left.![]()
